We have been working with sound as a therapeutic modality for over ten years, helping clients unravel layers of stress and support their own well-being.
Singing bowls and other sound healing instruments* are employed to create purposeful sonic spaces that can promote deep relaxation and allow access to more subtle layers.
Results typically range from stress and pain relief to deeper levels of healing and transformation.
*Instrumentation is based on the needs of the client and purpose of the session and may include:
Himalayan or crystal singing bowls, percussion, chimes, modular synth.
private sound treatment
A private sound healing treatment is like a personal tuning session where specific intentions can be addressed.
Himalayan singing bowls are placed on and around the body, ringing out harmonics and sending vibrations through physical and energetic layers.
Other instruments and modalities* are incorporated as needed.
Sessions can assist with :

- improved sleep
- communication
- energy balancing
- stress + anxiety relief
- creative + emotional blocks
- releasing habits and patterns
*Based on client needs, sessions may include toning, Reiki and Shamanic practices.

group sound bath
Singing bowls are blended with other instruments including tuning forks, percussion, modular synth/ drones; creating a supportive, sonic backdrop for participants to relax into a meditative state.
Our sound baths are centered around the subtle interactions of sound, space and self. The fundamental intention is to provide a safe, grounded space for people to access the level of healing needed at that time.
Guided meditations, vocal toning, and other exercises may be incorporated depending on the needs of the session.

Built spaces and land can become stagnant and heavy, or hold outdated energies and geopathic stress.
Clearing the physical and energetic environment with sound and other tools [journeying, incense, ritual work, physical cleaning] can help reset and rejuvenate the area, and the inhabitants.
We offer various rituals and ceremonies for land and built spaces, including tree ceremonies, ground breaking and land healing.
