A sound session [typically called sound healing or a sound bath] creates space where the client can reach a state of deep relaxation and connect with their subconscious. Himalayan/ Tibetan singing bowls are placed on and around the body, ringing out harmonics and vibrations that can help reduce stress, relieve pain, and uncover and clear energetic and emotional blocks and engrained patterns. Tuning forks are used on specific areas to help unlock energy and physical tightness, and other healing-quality instruments [gong, percussion] and a modular synth are incorporated as needed.
A session can assist with :
- pain relief
- improved sleep
- energy balancing
- stress + anxiety relief
- creative + emotional blocks
- overall awakening + healing
- recognizing + releasing habits and patterns
A sound treatment will typically be relaxing, and the practitioner can help uncover and balance the root cause or aversion. However, deeper healing can occur when the client is open and willing to support the process, and amend their lifestyle.
